Key Responsibilities Manage buyer and seller transactions from contract execution through closing. Coordinate with title/escrow companies, lenders, appraisers, and other stakeholders. Schedule inspections and maintain consistent communication with clients and partners. Ensure document compliance and submit required files to the broker. Coordinate moving and possession schedules. Assist with closing preparations and client database management. Qualifications Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective scheduling and coordination abilities. Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
