ACCOUNT MANAGER/Facilitator - PERMANENT work from home - AU Morning Shift

Your Responsibilities:

· Work with the team in meeting their KPIs.

· Build and nurture a strong relationship with the team.

· Do welcome calls to students and send welcome emails

· Provide information to students regarding preliminary documents

· Follow up students with supplementary documents and payments

· Do congratulatory calls and provide information regarding the releasing of e-certificates and hard copies of their certificates

· Receive calls from students regarding inquiries and/or complaints

· Request for positive reviews and referrals.

 

Qualifications:

· In a nutshell, you need to have at least 3-5 years of a mixed experience in SALES and COLLECTIONS .

· Great attention to detail

· Highly organized

· Friendly and approachable demeanor

· Persistence, patience and perseverance are a must to assist our students.

· High drive in earning not just the base salary but also getting the commissions .

 

 

KPIs:

· Payment Collection - Minimum of 10 per month

· Completion Count - Minimum of 7-8 per month

· Upsells - Minimum of 9 per month

· Referrals - Minimum of 9 per month
