About the role
As a Marketing Operations Support teammate, you will be responsible for supporting marketing campaign execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—such as marketing, merchandising, and product management—to facilitate the execution of client-facing marketing materials and vehicles, including product eCatalogs, emails, direct mail, and more.
Along the way, you will get to:
- Manage projects from design and development to production as part of marketing campaign execution.
- Coordinate with copywriters, graphic designers, web designers, and other teammates to ensure on-time completion of projects.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns, attending them to facilitate their success.
- Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.).
- Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial information.
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
- Support recommended solutions using sound analysis, experience, and judgment to make decisions.
- Articulate the organization’s vision, goals, and strategic imperatives while remaining coachable and open to constructive feedback.

What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 2–5 years of direct marketing experience.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, strong proofreading skills, and familiarity with AP style.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate creative problem-solving, and collaborate well within a team environment.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint applications.
- Open to work on a US Shift Schedule
Nice to have:
- Experience in production marketing communications.
- Additional copywriting and/or marketing experience.
