Description - Perform laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies.
- Collect and process samples from patients, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Document results and assist in the analysis of findings to support healthcare providers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory environment.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or a related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a clinical or laboratory setting
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and procedures
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
