- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and drive sales through regular follow-ups and tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge & Presentations: Provide in-depth knowledge of products and services, conduct product presentations, and recommend solutions to meet client needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Reporting & Target Achievement: Track sales activities, report on progress towards sales targets, and analyze market trends to develop strategies that increase sales performance and meet company goals.
- Experience & Skills: Proven track record in sales, with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to close deals and build strong client relationships.
- Product Knowledge & Market Understanding: Strong understanding of the company’s products or services and the ability to effectively present them to potential clients. Familiarity with market trends and competitor analysis is a plus.
- Self-Motivation & Time Management: Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet or exceed sales targets. Comfortable with travel, if necessary, and adaptable to changing sales environments.
