Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled GoHighLevel (GHL) automation expert to build and manage sophisticated funnels, automations, and workflows for our client's growing business. You'll work from pre-existing templates and client specifications to create seamless, scalable automation systems that drive business efficiency and revenue. This is a full-time remote position offering stability, predictable work, and the opportunity to make a real impact.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build automation funnels using GoHighLevel based on client-provided templates and specifications
  

• Set up complex workflows: Create multi-step automations for lead capture, qualification, nurturing, and conversion
  

• Integrate platforms: Connect GoHighLevel with CRMs, email providers, SMS platforms, payment processors, and other tools
  

• Customize templates: Adapt and scale pre-built GHL templates to meet specific client business requirements
  

• Manage automations: Monitor funnel performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize conversion rates
  

• Document processes: Create clear documentation of all automations and workflows for team reference and training
  

• Collaborate with the client: Gather requirements, present solutions, and incorporate feedback iteratively
  

• Maintain and update: Perform ongoing maintenance, A/B testing, and improvements to existing automations
  

• Stay current: Keep up with GoHighLevel updates, features, and best practices to leverage new capabilities
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Expert-level GoHighLevel (GHL) proficiency:
  

• Funnel design and setup
  

• Workflow and automation creation
  

• Integration and API configuration
  

• CRM and email/SMS automation
  

• 3+ years of marketing automation experience (GoHighLevel, Kartra, Leadpages, or equivalent)
  

• Proven experience building high-converting funnels for various industries
  

• Strong problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting ability
  

• Experience with CRM systems, email marketing, and lead management
  

• Excellent communication and ability to translate client requirements into automated solutions
  

• Organizational skills with attention to detail in setup and configuration
  

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying accountable to deadlines
  

Preferred Qualifications

• GoHighLevel certification or advanced training
  

• Experience with Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), or similar integration tools
  

• Background in digital marketing, sales funnel optimization, or business automation
  

• Portfolio or case studies demonstrating successful automation projects
  

• Experience with A/B testing and optimization for conversion improvement
