QUALIFICATIONS

Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written); Spanish proficiency preferred.
Previous experience as a Leasing Coordinator, Property Management Assistant, Leasing Administrator, or in a similar customer service or administrative role is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of leasing processes, tenant application handling, and move-in coordination is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
Comfortable working US West Coast business hours.
