We are seeking a high-integrity Real Estate Property Manager to take full ownership of our rental portfolio operations. This is a remote-first role for a proactive problem-solver who can balance the needs of property owners, tenants, and vendors with professional poise. Your Impact:
- Operational Liaison: Act as the central hub for all communications, managing relationships with tenants, owners, and contractors with authority and clarity.
- Asset Maintenance: Proactively oversee property health, triage repair requests, and coordinate end-to-end upgrades to maintain high portfolio standards.
- Financial & Market Oversight: Manage rent cycles and light bookkeeping while performing market analysis to ensure optimized rental yields.
- Documentation & Compliance: Execute precise lease agreements, maintain digital records, and curate monthly updates to keep our community informed.
- A Remote Specialist: You have a proven track record of managing a high-volume desk independently with zero "ball-drops."
