• Operational Liaison: Act as the central hub for all communications, managing relationships with tenants, owners, and contractors with authority and clarity.
• Asset Maintenance: Proactively oversee property health, triage repair requests, and coordinate end-to-end upgrades to maintain high portfolio standards.
• Financial & Market Oversight: Manage rent cycles and light bookkeeping while performing market analysis to ensure optimized rental yields.
• Documentation & Compliance: Execute precise lease agreements, maintain digital records, and curate monthly updates to keep our community informed.

Technical Requirements:

• Intel Core i3 (6th to 12th gen), i5, i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required
• Windows 10 or MAC OS is acceptable
