In-House Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:
A Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, processing orders, and facilitating communication between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present sales performance reports for the management
- Handle incoming inquiries and provide product information to customers
- Reach out to potential and existing clients through calls, emails, or online platforms to generate sales
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and order confirmations
- Coordinate with the logistics, accounting, and marketing teams to ensure smooth transaction flow
- Maintain and update customer records in the company’s database
- Follow up on pending quotations, payments, and deliveries
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide excellent after-sales service and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities
- Coordinate cross-functional activities
- Support onboarding and training efforts for new sales hires related to tolls and processes
- Manage the flow of sales documentation and communications
- Identify trends and outliers in sales data to help with strategic decision-making
- Monitor consignment of products in different locations
Required Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales support, sales ops, or data analysis role
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in consignment is a plus but not required
