Job Requirements - Licensed Architect
- At least 7-10 years experience in construction work
- COSH Certificate (40 hrs.) is an advantage
- Willing to work on-site and travel as needed
Responsibilities
- Sign & seal of architectural plans, drawings, and all necessary documents for permits.
- Conduct a site inspection and supervision.
- Review design and architectural plans.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and management.
