Chat Support Representative - No Final Interview

Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries, requests, and issues via live chat and email channels. Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores by providing accurate and prompt responses. Manage multiple chat interactions simultaneously while multitasking across internal systems and tools. Document client interactions and troubleshoot basic account concerns. Qualifications: At least Senior High School Graduate or College Level/Graduate. At least 3-6 months of customer service experience (BPO/non-voice background is an advantage). Excellent English written communication skills and grammar. Good typing speed (minimum 35–40 WPM) and tech-savvy. Willing to work onsite in Pasig City and open to shifting schedules.
