We are looking for a highly skilled MEPF Revit Modeler to join our Project Delivery team, supporting major Advanced Facilities projects across international s.

This role is ideal for a BIM professional with strong Revit modeling expertise, BIM coordination experience, and a passion for delivering high-quality projects in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

As an MEPF Revit Modeler, you will:

• Develop and maintain BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection (MEPF), Architectural, and Structural disciplines.
• Coordinate closely with Engineers, Project Managers, Design Managers, and BIM teams to meet project requirements.
• Support BIM coordination activities and facilitate clash detection and model reviews.
• Ensure compliance with project BIM requirements, ISO 19650 standards, EIRs, PIRs, and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Assist in the setup and management of Common Data Environments (CDEs).
• Perform model audits and quality assurance checks to ensure project deliverables are fit for purpose.
• Identify project issues, risks, or delays and communicate them proactively.
• Participate in virtual design reviews and BIM working groups.
• Mentor junior team members and support BIM capability development across the organization.
• Contribute to BIM process improvements, software training, and workflow enhancements.

Here's what you'll need

Technical Skills

• Practical experience in Building Information Modelling (BIM).
• Experience with co-ordination software such as Navisworks. 
• Knowledge of 3D software, such as; Civil 3D, AECOsim, REVIT, Tekla. 
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and construction methods is considered a strong asset. 
• A solid understanding of engineering design principles would be advantageous. 
• Experience working in a multinational environment would be advantageous. 
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection tools, particularly Navisworks.
• Understanding of ISO 19650 BIM standards and workflows.
• Ability to manage modelling deliverables and work effectively within project teams.
