REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

Open to Filipino or Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin & English. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field. Having 2 years of relevant work experience in administrative, coordination, or support roles. With knowledge or experience with procurement, contract administration, budget tracking, and vendor management processes. With background in event coordination, administrative operations, or project coordination is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

Manage daily administrative tasks, office resources, departmental assets, and marketing materials to ensure smooth team operations. Support offline marketing campaigns and events by coordinating materials, logistics, vendors, and on-site requirements. Monitor departmental budgets, track expenses, and maintain accurate administrative and financial records. Coordinate vendor onboarding, contracts, procurement requests, invoices, and payment follow-ups with relevant internal teams. Assist with other administrative and operational tasks or projects as assigned by the management.
