Position: Senior Production Planner
Reports to: Supply Chain Manager
Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining production schedules to optimize resource utilization, minimize costs, and meet customer delivery requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to ensure timely production and delivery of capillary products.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of production targets.
- Implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency, reduce lead times, and improve product quality.
- Manage inventory levels to avoid stock outs or overstocking, and ensure optimal inventory levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
- Five years of experience in production planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and inventory management principles.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and planning software is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
