Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead treasury, cash flow, liquidity, and funding management to support business operations.
• Manage banking relationships, payment processes, and financial risk exposure, including foreign exchange, interest rate, and liquidity risks.
• Ensure accurate recording, reconciliation, and reporting of financial and treasury transactions.
• Oversee month-end and year-end financial closing activities and support internal and external audits.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, forecasts, and working capital plans to drive business growth and financial stability.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations on capital structure, funding, cost management, and operational efficiency.
• Establish and maintain effective internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory, banking, and accounting requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen financial reporting, controls, and treasury operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance team while fostering collaboration across Finance, Accounting, and Treasury functions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, business partners, and other key stakeholders.
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 5-7 years of strong experience in Finance, Treasury, Accounting, or related financial management functions, with substantial experience in cash flow, liquidity management, financial

• Strong knowledge of treasury operations, financial management, and accounting principles.
• Experience in managing banking relationships and familiarity with banking covenants.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance requirements, and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to monitor business developments, financial markets, and economic factors that may affect the company.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong coordination and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting, financial
