Job Description:
- Responsible for operating and maintaining electric and vapor absorption chillers to ensure a continuous supply of chilled water for production operations.
- This role includes daily monitoring and documentation of equipment performance, execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, and adherence to safety and food quality standards.
- The role also ensures the safekeeping of assigned tools and strictly complies with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Job Specifications:
Education:
- At least a High School graduate or a Technical/Vocational graduate in Refrigeration and Air conditioning, Mechanical Technology, or a related field.
- NCII Certification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning is preferred.
Experience:
At least a year of proven mechanical experience, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of mechanical preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot chiller equipment or facilities.
- Good technical knowledge on basic mechanical, electrical work, and motor controls.
- Maintain and update maintenance and calibration records.
Soft Skills:
- Detail-oriented and proactive mindset.
- Team player and dependable communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changes in procedures or equipment.
- Creative and having solid problem-solving skills.
- Can work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
