Responsibilities - The Sales and Technical Associate is responsible for both promoting and selling e-bikes and providing basic technical support.
- This role combines customer engagement, digital marketing, and after-sales service to ensure excellent customer experience and dealership growth.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or vocational training in Sales, Marketing, Automotive Technology, Electronics, or any related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or technical support, preferably in motorcycles, e-bikes, automotive, or related industries.
- Strong sales and customer engagement skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical customers.
- Basic to intermediate technical knowledge of e-bikes, including motors, controllers, batteries, braking systems, and general troubleshooting.
- Ability to perform minor repairs, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance checks; willingness to be trained on advanced technical procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-focused attitude.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets individually and as part of a team.
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends or holidays, as required by store operations.
