Japanese Client Support Agent

They provide services as a one-stop solution for their clients promptly and reliably in implementing their business in the Philippines. Provides sales leads and sales intelligence data on over 120 million companies. Responsibilities
- Support communication and coordination with global IBs, traders, and partners.
- Assist in onboarding and ongoing support of partner relationships.
- Manage routine inquiries and follow-up actions promptly under management supervision.
- Coordinate operational logistics, including partnership terms, promotional campaigns, and contract conditions.
- Provide precise Japanese–English translation and interpretation for both internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Bridge communication gaps by ensuring management decisions and strategic clarifications are accurately conveyed to partners.
- Assist in resolving minor communication gaps related to language or cultural differences.
- Uphold strict confidentiality when handling sensitive corporate information and partner data.
Requirements
- JLPT N1 to N3 Passer or Level.
- Experience in Marketing, Sales, or a related client-facing field.
- Oral and written communication skills in both English and Japanese, including the ability to draft formal reports, proposals, and procedures.
- Professional discretion and tact when handling sensitive information.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and overall intermediate computer skills.
- Willing to relocate (for candidates outside Metro Manila).
- Willing to work onsite.
