Description - Supervise daily operations of assigned areas to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their performance.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
- Manage inventory and ensure products are stocked appropriately.
- Conduct regular inspections of the area to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a supervisory role or relevant field.
- Skills and Competencies: Customer orientation, heavy lifting capability, basic math proficiency, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and inventory management practices.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player with strong attention to detail and effective customer relationship management skills.
