Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:
- Mengumpulkan, membersihkan, dan memproses data dari berbagai sumber (internal maupun eksternal).
- Melakukan analisis statistik dan eksploratif untuk mengidentifikasi tren, pola, dan wawasan yang relevan.
- Membangun dashboard dan laporan visual menggunakan alat seperti Excel, Tableau, Power BI, atau Google Data Studio.
- Berkolaborasi dengan tim lintas fungsi (seperti pemasaran, produk, dan manajemen) untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data.
- Membuat rekomendasi berdasarkan hasil analisis guna meningkatkan efisiensi bisnis, pengalaman pelanggan, atau kinerja produk.
- Memastikan kualitas dan integritas data serta melakukan audit data secara berkala.
- Mengembangkan dan mengelola pipeline data dan automasi analitik jika diperlukan (menggunakan SQL, Python, atau R).
- Minimal lulusan S1 di bidang Statistik, Matematika, Ilmu Komputer, Ekonomi, atau bidang terkait.
- Pengalaman kerja sebagai Data Analyst atau posisi serupa minimal 1–2 tahun (lebih banyak lebih baik).
- Menguasai alat analisis data dan visualisasi seperti Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, atau Power BI.
- Mampu berpikir analitis dan kritis dengan perhatian tinggi terhadap detail.
- Komunikatif dan mampu menjelaskan hasil analisis secara jelas kepada pihak non-teknis.
- Memahami konsep dasar database, statistik, dan model prediktif merupakan nilai tambah.
