Description - Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, or removing old paint.
- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Mix and match colors to achieve desired effects and ensure uniformity.
- Inspect completed work for quality and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Basic knowledge of painting techniques and materials
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Working Conditions: Work may be performed indoors and outdoors, with exposure to various weather conditions
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
