HR Officer/HR Generalist

Description - Manage employee records and HR databases.
- Support training and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Facilitate employee engagement and communication.
- Handle payroll inquiry and benefits administration.
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding)
- Manage timekeeping and ensure accurate attendance monitoring
- Assist in other HR administrative tasks as needed
- Host daily morning huddles to provide updates and boost team engagement
Requirements
- Graduate of BS Psychology or BSBA Human Resource Management
- With Basic ISO Background
- With at least 1 year of experience in Human Resources (generalist role preferred)
- Possesses excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledgeable in key HR functions such as:
- End-to-End Recruitment & Selection
- Timekeeping & Attendance Management
- Employee Relations and Handling Employee Concerns
- Basic Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Employee Engagement Activities
- Detail-oriented, able to handle confidential information with integrity
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work onsite in Bagumbayan, Taguig
