The company combines engineering, BIM, prefabrication, modularisation, and mechanical construction to deliver practical, efficient, and high-quality solutions for complex projects across Australia.

About the Role:
This is a full-time remote position supporting the engineering, design, and prefabrication requirements of major mechanical construction projects.
Using Autodesk Inventor, you’ll transform engineering concepts and project requirements into accurate 3D models and detailed, fabrication-ready drawings.

You’ll work closely with Australian design, engineering, project, and fabrication teams to ensure components and assemblies can be manufactured efficiently, installed correctly, and integrated into the wider mechanical system.



Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate 3D models and assemblies using Autodesk Inventor
• Produce detailed fabrication and workshop drawings
• Translate engineering concepts and design information into practical, buildable documentation
• Prepare drawings for fabricated mechanical components, structural supports, frames, assemblies, and prefabricated systems
• Collaborate with engineering, BIM, project, and fabrication teams
• Ensure drawings account for fabrication methods, installation requirements, tolerances, materials, and sequencing
• Assist with the development and optimisation of prefabricated and modular mechanical solutions
• Review designs for constructability and fabrication efficiency
• Incorporate design changes, mark-ups, and engineering feedback accurately
• Maintain drawing registers, revisions, and document control
• Ensure completed drawings meet project standards and Australian client requirements

What You’ll Bring

• Proven professional experience as an Autodesk Inventor Draftsman
• Strong experience producing fabrication or workshop drawings
• Background in mechanical, engineering, construction, manufacturing, or related industries
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes including cutting, welding, assembly, and finishing
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical information
• Good understanding of materials, tolerances, dimensions, and buildability
• Experience with prefabrication or modular construction is highly regarded
• Exposure to HVAC, mechanical services, piping, plant, structural supports, or building-services projects would be advantageous
• Ability to produce accurate drawings with minimal supervision
• Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation discipline
• Confident communicating and collaborating with an Australian-based technical team

Compensation & Benefits

• Offer Starts at: PHP 40,000–55,000/month
• Full-time arrangement of approximately 40 hours per week
• Fully remote setup
