Purchasing Assistant

- Assist in the procurement of goods and services in alignment with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of purchasing transactions and ensure timely deliveries.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and terms.
- Conduct market research to identify potential vendors and evaluate their offerings.
- Support inventory management by keeping track of stock levels and reordering as necessary.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment with occasional overtime requirements
