Role Overview

We are seeking a tech-forward AI Automation Specialist to revolutionize our operational efficiency. As our business scales, we want to move away from manual data entry and repetitive workflows. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining automated systems that connect our guest feedback, reservation platforms, inventory management, and marketing funnels.

The ideal candidate bridges the gap between high-level AI engineering and the practical, "boots-on-the-ground" reality of the Food & Beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Workflow Automation: Design and implement end-to-end automations using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Pipedream to sync data between our POS, CRM, and accounting software.
• AI Integration: Deploy AI agents (via OpenAI API, Claude, or similar) to handle initial customer inquiries, categorize guest feedback, or assist in drafting localized marketing content.
• System Optimization: Audit current manual processes within the restaurant’s back-office and propose automated solutions to reduce human error and labor hours.
• Data Centralization: Create automated dashboards that pull real-time data from various third-party delivery apps and internal systems for weekly leadership reviews.
• Troubleshooting: Monitor active "zaps" or scenarios to ensure zero downtime and fix API breaks or data mapping errors immediately.

Required Qualifications

• Automation Expertise: Minimum of two (2) years of experience building complex automations and working with API integrations.
• F&B Industry Knowledge: At least one (1) year of experience working within or for the Food & Beverage industry, with a solid understanding of restaurant-specific pain points (e.g., labor costs, food waste, reservation flow).
• Technical Stack: Proficiency in low-code/no-code platforms and a strong understanding of how to prompt and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into business workflows.
• Remote Track Record: Proven ability to manage technical projects independently in a Work-From-Home setting.

Preferred Skills

• International Experience: Highly preferred candidates will have experience reporting directly to a foreign client or boss , demonstrating excellent cross-cultural communication and time-management skills.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate raw restaurant data into actionable insights through automated reporting.
