Junior 3D Visualization Artist

Job Summary:

We’re keeping a seat open for a creative Junior 3D Visualization Artist with a strong design eye and a firm grasp of spatial design who will help grow our library of 3D venue models. You’ll turn real event spaces into accurate, lifelike 3D models and back up our event designers with visualizations for smaller client projects and pitches. Talented graduates and early-career artists with a great portfolio are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grow and maintain a library of 3D venue models that the whole creative team can use

• Model real event spaces accurately and realistically in SketchUp and Enscape, based on floor plans, reference photos, and 3D venue scans (Polycam)

• Add realistic materials and textures and double-check that every model is properly scaled

• Light each venue with care so it’s shown at a high standard

• Set up and keep an orderly filing system so venues are quick to find and reuse

• Convert photographs, floor plans, and design references into accurate 3D spaces

• Create 3D visualizations for smaller client projects and pitches with our event designers

• Work alongside the design team and keep building your design skills

Mandatory Skills:

• Background in interior design, exhibition design, spatial design, architecture, or event design

• Strong understanding of scale, proportion, materials, textures, and lighting

• A portfolio showing well-modeled interiors or environments, accurate spatial representation, and realistic textures

• Hands-on experience with a professional 3D modeling and rendering tool (SketchUp, Blender, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Twinmotion, D5 Render, or similar)

• Ability to interpret photographs, floor plans, and design references

• A strong creative eye and excellent attention to detail

• An organized approach to modeling and file management

• Trustworthy, exact, and self-reliant

• Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SketchUp and Enscape

• Experience or interest in live events, event production, or exhibitions

• Familiarity with 3D scanning tools such as Polycam

• Exposure to Vectorworks or other CAD tools

• Eagerness to keep learning and growing your design skills

• Good at moving several projects forward together
