Manage ticket sales and reservations, ensuring accurate processing of bookings and payments.
Assist customers with inquiries, provide information on travel schedules, and resolve issues related to tickets.
Maintain and update ticketing systems, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or travel management is a plus.
Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
Proficiency in ticketing software and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
