Accounting Supervisor

Manage the accounting staff by providing training, guidance, and feedback on performance. Make sure that work output is submitted promptly, and quality is within the standards of the company.
Handle bank reconciliation, AP, and AR for the business
Prepare the weekly cash flow statements and control expenditures
Prepare and monitor payments, invoices, and bank transfers, including supporting documentation and vouchers
Handle the end-of-month process, including balance sheet work papers and closing process
Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, payroll, tax reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual), and other financial reports
Record fixed assets by creating and monitoring a system of procedures, forms, and controls
Conduct regular audit activities to ensure adherence to standard requirements
Develop and analyze the reports related to budgets and financial strategies
Create and implement sound policies, processes, and practices to improve efficiency in the department
Prepare financial analysis reports and present findings and recommendations to the Chief Operating Officer
Keep the Chief Operating Officer updated on the financial status of the
company
