Maintenance Supervisor

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team.
- Conduct routine inspections of the resort’s facilities, systems, and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Plan and schedule preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, pools, landscaping, and other resort facilities.
- Respond promptly to repair requests or emergencies to minimize downtime and inconvenience to guests.
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and service reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Manage inventory and procurement of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.
- Train, mentor, and monitor the performance of maintenance staff.
- Collaborate with other departments (housekeeping, front office, etc.) to address maintenance issues and prioritize tasks.
- Provide input on budgeting and cost control for maintenance operations.
- Handle vendor relationships for contracted services or major repairs.
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field is a plus.
- Experience Level: 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems; excellent problem-solving skills; team leadership abilities; and proficiency in maintenance management software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee maintenance operations, supervise staff, conduct routine inspections, plan preventive maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Working Conditions: May require physical labor, long hours, and working evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
- Work Assignment/Location: Sitio Nangkaan, Brgy. Locloc, Bauan, Batangas
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, excellent communicator, team player, and proactive in addressing maintenance challenges.
