Sales Representative

We are looking for energetic and goal-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell telecom products and services, including cable TV and internet subscriptions, through field sales activities. The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, hardworking, and willing to engage with clients to help grow the company’s customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field sales activities to promote cable TV and internet services
Approach potential customers and generate sales leads
Explain product features, service plans, promotions, and benefits to customers
Assist customers with inquiries, applications, and service subscriptions
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Conduct house-to-house and community-based sales activities
Submit daily sales reports and updates to the supervisor
Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and marketing campaigns
Qualifications:
Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, or any related course
With experience in sales, field work, or customer service is an advantage
Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented and willing to do extensive field work
Can work with minimal supervision
Honest, hardworking, and customer-focused
Willing to do fieldwork
