Cold Caller or Appointment Setter within CDO
Realynk Assistants
We are looking for a **confident and results-driven Cold Caller / Appointment Setter** to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is comfortable making high-volume outbound calls, and can effectively qualify leads and book appointments.
### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers
* Qualify leads based on established criteria
* Schedule appointments for the sales team
* Follow up with leads and prospects
* Handle objections professionally and maintain rapport
* Follow call scripts while keeping conversations natural
* Record call outcomes and update CRM information
* Meet daily and weekly call and appointment targets
### REQUIREMENTS:
* Previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or lead generation
* Excellent English communication skills
* Confident and professional phone manner
* Strong listening and objection-handling skills
* Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
* Experience with CRM and calling tools is preferred
* Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently
* Willing to learn and adapt to different client processes
