Production Manager - 1 yr experience in FOOD - Muntinlupa

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in food manufacturing or a related industry
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace (Gsuite)
• Tech-savvy with experience in various digital tools and platforms
• Familiar with CRM systems such as Infor, SAP, Oracle, or similar
• Strong knowledge of the product design process
• Familiarity with the product life cycle and its stages
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales forecast data
• Visually creative with strong attention to detail
• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills; flexible and customer service-oriented
• Good foundation in written and oral communication (composition, grammar, spelling)
• Profit-driven mindset with cost-efficiency awareness

• Basic knowledge of food ingredients, food ingredient manufacturing, and food product design
