Role Description The Student Manager Intern role is an on-site internship based in Cebu. The intern will support day-to-day student management activities, including welcoming new learners, guiding them through program orientation, and answering questions about schedules, classes, and campus life. The role involves coordinating with teachers and staff to ensure smooth delivery of programs, monitoring attendance, and helping address student concerns in a timely and respectful manner. The intern will assist with organizing activities related to camps and study programs, preparing basic reports, and maintaining accurate student records. This position offers practical experience in student services, education support, and program coordination within an English learning environment.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English for interacting with students, parents, and staff.
- Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, support learners’ needs, and maintain a welcoming and professional environment.
- Interest or background in Education and Training to understand learning processes and support academic programs.
- Coaching abilities to motivate learners, provide encouragement, and help students adjust to study routines and camp activities.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program (e.g., Education, English, Communications, Psychology, or related field).
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, schedules, and student requests efficiently.
- Ability to work on-site in Cebu and collaborate effectively in a multicultural, student-focused environment.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation tools); prior experience in an educational or camp setting is an advantage.
