Key Responsibilities: Understand and oversee retail stores operations. Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the retail stores sales teams. Willing to travel Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the Company''s customer base and ensures its strong presence. Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of retail stores salespersons. Managing and collaborating with retail salespersons. Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships. Present sales reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. Being fully aware of new products and competition status. Provides guidance and addresses questions or issues of retail salespersons. Communicate with retail stores, if there are issues or concerns. Effectively communicate with other employees and maintain a positive working relationship when addressing problems and coming up Qualifications: Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably business related Knows how to coordinate with the suppliers Knows how to coordinate with the customers Knows how to coordinate with store/ branches Has good communication skills Willing to do field work Willing to work on Saturday
