Reporting directly to the Accounting Supervisor, this position is responsible for preparing, auditing, and dispatching accurate Statements of Accounts (SOAs), customer billing transmittals, and invoice attachments on schedule to eliminate billing lags and support entity Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) targets. The role actively monitors post-dated checks (PDCs), customer collection entries, and Accounts Receivable (AR) ageing ledgers to resolve balance disputes quickly, accelerate cash collection cycles, and prevent revenue leakage. Additionally, the position consolidates daily transaction summaries, posts dispatch balance reports and verifies required supporting documentation to ensure audit-ready financial data for monthly trial balance closure.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting and Finance or any related course
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- At least with 1-2 years' related experience in the field
- Attention to details, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Will function as accounting analyst and Billing Processor
- Both oral & written communication skills
- With background in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance.
- Computer applications, such as spreadsheets and accounting software.
