Qualifications:
- 4 years college graduate of any business courses.
- With related work experience atleast 6 months.
- Willing to be trained.
- Willing to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transaction Processing: Receive and process payments (cash, credit, checks, vouchers) for services, fees, or goods.
- Cash Handling: Manage cash drawers, provide change, handle deposits/withdrawals, and reconcile daily balances.
- Record Keeping: Prepare reports (collections, disbursements, payroll), log petty cash, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Administrative Support: Assist with voucher preparation, coordinate with banks, maintain a tidy workspace, and perform other assigned duties.
