- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Assist in setting up and clearing dining areas in accordance with established standards.
- Take food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and dining facilities.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to meet service goals.
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Experience Level: Entry-level position, 0–1 year of experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, team player, and a willingness to learn.
- Working Conditions: Ability to stand for long periods and work during evenings and weekends as needed.
