Technical Sales Representative in Makati (BPO)

What You'll Do (Training Provided):
- Help customers quickly resolve technical issues via chat, email, or phone.
- Clearly explain service plans and product features.
- Proactively identify customer needs and recommend the right products or services.
- Ensure every customer interaction is positive and seamless.
What We're Looking For:
- At least a Senior High School Graduate.
- Must have previous BPO experience. Sales experience is a big plus!
- Willing to work onsite in Makati with a
- Willing to do shifting schedule.
