About the RoleWe are looking for a Freelance Affiliate Operations Lead to oversee affiliate operations, drive affiliate performance, and support the growth of GMV across our brands.
This role will be responsible for managing affiliate performance from recruitment and nurturing through campaign execution, optimization, and reporting. The ideal candidate should be comfortable leading Affiliate Managers, analyzing performance data, developing affiliate strategies, and taking ownership of performance bottlenecks.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Monitoring & Analytics
- Establish and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly affiliate performance reporting.
- Monitor recruitment velocity, active affiliate rates, and GMV contribution.
- Track the performance of Affiliate Managers, high-performing affiliates, and individual brands.
- Analyze the effectiveness of affiliate incentives, missions, and campaigns.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide data-backed recommendations.

- Lead and mentor a team of Affiliate Managers.
- Monitor team KPIs, recruitment targets, and individual performance.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure the team consistently meets performance goals.

- Develop and execute strategies to improve affiliate recruitment, engagement, and conversion.

End-to-End Affiliate Operations
- Oversee the affiliate lifecycle from lead generation and recruitment through onboarding, communication, and ongoing nurturing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates.
- Monitor affiliate activity and identify opportunities to reactivate or grow high-potential affiliates.
- Recommend conversion tactics for live-selling affiliates to maximize revenue during live sessions.

- Proven experience in TikTok affiliate marketing, social commerce, influencer marketing, or affiliate operations .
- Experience managing or leading affiliate teams is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of affiliate recruitment, engagement, incentives, missions, and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret affiliate performance data and GMV trends.
- Experience working with TikTok Shop and affiliate-related tools/platforms.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently identify problems, recommend solutions, and execute improvements.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple brands and changing priorities.
- Experience with live-selling affiliates and TikTok Shop is a strong advantage.
