Credit and Collection Officer

Description - Manage and oversee the entire credit and collections process to ensure timely collections.
- Analyze credit information and assess potential clients’ creditworthiness.
- Communicate with customers regarding overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans.
- Prepare detailed reports on collections performance and aging accounts.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve client disputes and improve customer service.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in credit and collections
- Skills and Competencies: Strong account management and organizational skills
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent customer service and people skills
- Skills and Competencies: High level of financial literacy and technical skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle back office support effectively
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic and discretion in handling sensitive information
