Our Philippines Team:

We support trading and investment companies in the financial technology sector. Our team is expanding, as we currently handle global accounts and are aiming to provide 24/7 support. The Philippines team is an extension of our teams in Taiwan and Malaysia.

The Role:

As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service to our clients. Whether it’s via live chat, phone, email, or social media, your goal is to respond promptly and professionally while providing accurate support. You’ll handle technical, troubleshooting, and trading-related issues across platforms like MetaTrader 4 and 5 , maintain detailed records of interactions, and collaborate with colleagues to improve processes. Taking ownership, going the extra mile, and maintaining a positive attitude will set you apart. Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights and weekends, ensures our clients receive the support they need.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

• Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries through various channels (live chat, phone, email, and social media).

• Address and resolve customer complaints amicably.

• Possess comprehensive knowledge of our products to provide accurate information to clients.

• Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

• Coordinate with colleagues as needed to resolve customer issues.

• Provide feedback on the efficiency of customer service processes.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide top-notch support.

• Go the extra mile to resolve client inquiries.

• Handle technical, troubleshooting, and trading-related issues for platforms like MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5.

• Take ownership of tasks and show proactivity.

• Be flexible with working hours, including weekends as required.

Skills and Experience:

• Fluent in English; multilingual skills are a plus.

• Strong decision-making skills are an advantage.

• Experience in financial services (FX/CFDs) is preferred.

• Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure.

• Customer service experience is highly desired.

• Availability to work in various shifts, including nights and weekends.

• Must have full working rights and be willing to work onsite daily.
