Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Associate based in Santa Rosa City.

Our team is looking for a Marketing Associate who can help plan and execute strategies that drive brand awareness, audience growth, engagement, and meaningful customer interest.
We’re looking for someone who can think strategically, understand the market, study customer behavior, identify growth opportunities, and turn insights into campaigns that help the brand grow.
What You’ll Do
- Develop marketing strategies that support organic brand growth
- Plan campaigns that build awareness, trust, and audience engagement
- Study market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities
- Create and improve marketing angles, hooks, and messaging
- Collaborate with the team on content, campaigns, and brand initiatives
- Track results and recommend ways to improve marketing efforts
- Support branding, digital marketing, and campaign execution initiatives

- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field is an advantage
