Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, or any related course.
- With 1–2 years of experience in General Affairs, Administration, Office Management, or a related position.
- Experience in a manufacturing company or corporate environment is an advantage.
- Knowledge of general office administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Able to coordinate effectively with employees, suppliers, and government offices.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate transportation arrangements, including shuttle scheduling and vehicle allocation.
- Monitor employees' customer service performance and submit the required daily checklists to the Japanese management team.
- Manage company vehicle registration, refueling records, and RFID monitoring.
- Process company vehicle sticker applications and renewals for various industrial parks.
- Process, monitor, and facilitate the reimbursement of petty cash requests on a daily basis.
- Monitor and process canteen deductions, and address employee concerns and issues related to canteen services.
- Perform other activities that may be assigned by Immediate Superior.
- Observes and implement good 6S and safety practices, including all regulations of the company as well as the established policies in ISO standard.
