Description - Prepare and analyze cost estimates for construction projects.
- Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and forecasts.
- Conduct value engineering and feasibility studies.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications.
- Assist with tendering processes and contract management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in quantity surveying.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for cost management.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
