Prepare and post job advertisements
Screen resumes and applications
Schedule and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate hiring activities and job offers
Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees
Maintain and update employee 201 files and records.
Ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of employee information
File and scan employment contracts, attendance records, and employee documents
Prepare HR reports and documentation
