Professional Qualifications - Strong hands-on experience in digital marketing, paid media management, and performance advertising across multiple online platforms.
- Proficient in Social Media Advertising tools including TikTok Ads, Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital campaign platforms.
- Experienced in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to improve brand visibility, lead generation, customer engagement, and return on investment (ROI).
- Knowledgeable in Programmatic Advertising Platforms and Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) for audience targeting, campaign automation, and performance optimization.
- Skilled in using Google Analytics, data tracking tools, and insights platforms to analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and marketing effectiveness.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop data-driven marketing strategies.
- Demonstrates leadership capabilities with experience mentoring, supporting, or guiding junior team members and fostering collaborative work environments.
- Capable of balancing campaign performance delivery with team coordination, workflow management, and people leadership responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional internal teams.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, timelines, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Adaptable and flexible in both onsite and remote work environments while maintaining productivity and operational efficiency.
- Proficient in digital reporting, campaign analysis, media planning, and performance optimization strategies across various digital channels.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize digital marketing and paid advertising campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and programmatic advertising platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and analyze data using Google Analytics and other reporting tools to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Execute audience targeting, budget management, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization to achieve business and client objectives.
- Manage social media advertising activities using platforms such as TikTok Ads, Meta Business Suite, and other digital advertising tools.
- Utilize programmatic advertising platforms and DSPs to support automated media buying and audience engagement strategies.
- Prepare campaign reports, performance insights, and strategic recommendations for clients, management, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and client service teams to ensure successful campaign execution and alignment with project goals.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and operational support to junior team members to improve performance and professional development.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding campaign performance, project updates, strategies, and recommendations.
- Manage multiple campaigns, timelines, deliverables, and priorities while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely execution.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, audience behavior, and industry best practices.
- Support both onsite and remote operations as needed while maintaining strong collaboration, productivity, and campaign performance standards.
