Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented CAD Engineer with strong expertise in Autodesk Inventor to support 3D modeling, design automation, and technical drawing production. The role involves creating parametric models, developing iLogic scripts to streamline workflows, and generating accurate 2D drawings from 3D designs. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality, standards-compliant designs while maintaining organized documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D models using Autodesk Inventor

• Write and manage automation scripts using iLogic to streamline design processes. Create parametric models using defined parameters and constraints

• Generate detailed and accurate 2D drawings from 3D models

• Ensure all designs meet required specifications and standards

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements

• Maintain proper documentation of models, drawings, and automation logic

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor (required)

• Experience in writing and implementing iLogic code

• Strong understanding of parametric modeling and design automation

• Ability to convert 3D models into precise 2D technical drawings

• Good communication skills and language proficiency (written and verbal)

• Industry experience is preferred but not required

• Work Schedule: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm (UK time)

• Work Setup: WFH/ Remote

• Contract: Open for Part-time or Full-time (with initial contract of 3-6 months)
