Description - Assist customers in both English and Spanish, addressing inquiries and providing information on products and services.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide additional assistance as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in customer service or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with periods of sitting and use of a computer.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
