Product Trainer

- Conduct training sessions for new and existing users on product features and functionalities.
- Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with product development teams to stay updated on new features and enhancements.
- Provide ongoing support to users post-training to ensure proper usage of the product.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Education, Business, or Product Management.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a training or instructional role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of product training methodologies.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive and self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
