Sales Engineer

Job Purpose: Sales Engineer is responsible for the selling of Eastman assigned products and to ensure Customer satisfaction. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management or its equivalent work experience. Having a license of Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer is a plus. Minimum of three (3) years of working experience as a Sales Engineer. Adept in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Microsoft applications. Secure market information related to products and services needed for sales projections and marketing plans. Calls on prospective clients to promote assigned products and services. Reviews customer requirements (tender documents, plans/layouts/equipment schedules, etc.) Assists in the preparation of cost estimate sheets, proposal/tender for each customer requirement. Draws up Sales Contracts. Conducts product / technical presentations. Seeks customer feedback to improve after sales service. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior.
